To Nate, the Hush Money Crew & PA Gravel Cyclists,

Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! It is a privilege and joy to be present in moments of so much love, acceptance and joy! We all came from near and far, to celebrate and bring who we are to a simple place. Nate, thank you for all that you do to bring people from different backgrounds together. Thank you for all the hugs, smiles, UNCRUSTABLES and most importantly sharing parts of the lands that are special to you. Strap in folks, this is Baron Von Fancypants “HOOTENANNY!” May the images and smiles do all the talking and hollerin’!

When we finally arrived everyone was gathering around to hear what Nate had to say, it was a beautiful moment where we all intently listened to tales from him and his father. Thank you for sharing the pieces of him you did with all of us. Getting to meander through the crowds I would stumble upon familiar faces. Hugs were exchanged and new friends were made. 

When Nate says “NO CRY BABY’s” now I know what he means. This wild ascent less than 1 mile in, packed all the punches and views our hearts in PA could handle (at least for now). After summiting a 5 miles climb we were greeted with the first of many rest stop aka “history lesson” aka “mini party number 1”. It was so stunning to take in all the views as we watched others approach with excitement and curiosity. 

Nate, truly thank you from the bottom of my heart for the route you put together and the community that follows you. The views, people and good times were some of my most favorite moments, I FORGOT TO MENTION THE HUGS!!!!

After this magical view, how could anything possibly top that feeling…. Nate does with one gnarly, rocky, rutted, rooted out descent that easily puts a smile on anyones face! I don’t have enough words for how amazing and special these types of moments are to me. All I can do is bare witness to the joy bikes bring people and continue to add stoke to the fire. 

In the end, so many new friends were made and the opportunity to reconnect with old ones in the process. Nate thank you infinitely for the moments of joy and community you bring to PA. Here’s to many more!
